About Me

My story & Motivations

My identity as a South Asian diaspora, Third Culture child, and spirited woman, informs my experience of the world, along with my deep interest in people and cultivating strong togetherness and authenticity within ourselves.

After the medical model did not serve me, I embarked on a journey to understand the gaps and filling them, and that is where you are meeting me now. ✨

My own chronic health challenges, gaps in the system that made care hard for my clients, and navigating the healthcare system and it’s limits, led me to exploring more profound avenues to upliftment and transformation. I blend years of experience in multiculturalism, communication, psychological research, and certifications in coaching along with the wisdom of ancient traditions and cultures to provide meaningful guiding and transformation.

My clinical experience was focused serving individuals with a variety of communication, neurological, and nervous system needs. My coaching experience centered around helping individuals with career transition, business strategy, energy management, interpersonal skills, and inner confidence.

Working together will look like exploring your stories, patterns, and mindset, identifying aligned ways to recalibrate what doesn't serve you, and implementing strategies to take aligned steps in the direction of change you choose. We focus on identifying and embodying changes for true resilience and effective change.

I center the truths, needs, and stories of BIPOC/Global Majority, which are often still not heard, as an integral part of authentic wellness and transformation.

My approach blends:
• Evidence-informed practices
• Embodiment and nervous system awareness
• Communication and relational skill-building
• A deep respect for neurodiversity and multicultural lived experience

I’ve supported individuals and teams across:
✔ Non-profit organizations
✔ Public school systems
✔ Private therapeutic practices
✔ Outpatient clinics
✔ Private schools
✔ Companies serving specialized populations
✔ Large managed-care organizations

Today, I work with people who:
• Are success-oriented, capable, and internally exhausted
• Care about personal development and self-leadership
• Want more than surface-level wellness tools
• Are ready to invest in sustainable, embodied change

If you’re looking to move beyond burnout and into a more grounded, resilient, and aligned way of living or working, we’ll likely do excellent work together.

personality or astrology readings

Astrology, MBTI, Enneagram, I’ve read it all. It's curious how we create snapshots of the human experience.

It’s also a great conversation starter, and tool for self-reflection when taken lightly

walks in nature & quiet introspection

Nature’s soothing magic has no comparison. We’re blessed to have such daily access in Seattle.

artsy moments

Whether it’s performance, painting, or dancing, creative expression in all forms is exquisite, healing, and joyful. I spend a good chunk of my time in these spaces with community and by myself.
